A Note to Artists Participating in LRAA Exhibits

  • All monthly exhibits are open to all LRAA Members, with the exception of the Annual Show.

  • The Annual Show (August) requires that you be at minimum, a Participating Member ($50 Level) and your annual dues be paid no later than March 31st of the current year.

  • Drop-off dates are the day and times that we expect art to be dropped off at the Gallery. Art in the Community exhibits will have different locations, and it is best if art is dropped off at those locations unless a Gallery drop-off is indicated. Art must be registered online by the given date.  Dates and times may vary. (Although we are trying to be consistent.) Check the website for details of the individual exhibits.  Payment is collected at the drop-off time.

  • Entry Fees for "Gallery Members" are $5 per piece or 3 for $10, with a limit of 3 pieces, unless otherwise noted. The Association Member fee is $5.00 per piece, limit 3 pieces.

  • All art should be original or archival prints and all must be framed unless submitted as gallery-wrapped canvas, metal, or acrylic photographic prints.

  • The maximum width of art, including the frame, is 32 inches. (For Gallery Exhibits- Art in the Community exhibits may have different parameters.)

  • Artwork must be presented in a professional manner and be framed, wired, and ready for hanging. Saw-tooth hangers are unacceptable (except for photos printed on metal.) Paintings on gallery-wrapped (1.5” deep) canvases (with staples hidden) and photographs on metal & acrylic may be presented unframed.

  • The artist’s name, title of work, medium, and price of work must be attached to the back of each piece.

  • IMPORTANT: The artist must certify that the artwork being submitting for this exhibit was created solely by the artist’s own hand and creativity without the assistance of any artificial intelligence (AI) software, algorithms, or tools at any stage of it's creation.  Registration Forms will have this certification available.
