"Love is in the Air" – An Eclectic Celebration of Meaningful Art
This February, we're redefining the typical Valentine’s Day theme with an exhibit straight from the hearts of our own Gallery Artists. Instead of the usual hearts and roses, we issued a Call for Art asking them to share paintings and images that hold a special place in their lives—whether inspired by a cherished loved one or simply a piece they adore for deeply personal reasons.
Experience the emotion behind the art as you explore this unique collection, filled with works that radiate passion, connection, and heartfelt meaning. While you’re here, take in the wide array of fine art gracing our gallery walls.

Important: Participants must be accompanied by an adult during the session
Gallery Member Artist Gerard Paquette is inspired by the beauty and wonder of nature and NH landscapes. Using acrylic paint, he creates images that celebrate his appreciation of scenic NH.
On March 15th Gerrard is offering another free class at 1PM. Class is limited to 6 students, aged 8 and above.

What is “Balderdash & Coffee”?
It’s a fun, informal gathering where art enthusiasts connect over morning refreshments, share ideas, and discuss art—or anything else (except politics). No formal speakers, just lively, relaxed conversation.

Step into a world of color and creativity at the "Art in the Garden" exhibit, hosted by the Lakes Region Art Gallery in Tilton, NH! Running from March 3rd to March 23rd, this enchanting showcase features garden-inspired artwork in a variety of mediums—from stunning oil paintings to breathtaking photography.
Join us for a Public Reception on Saturday, March 23rd, from 2 to 4 pm, where you can meet the artists, enjoy light refreshments, and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature through art. This is a perfect opportunity to connect with local talent and experience the vibrant artistry inspired by gardens in full bloom.
Free and open to the public—come celebrate the beauty of art and nature with us!
In 2025, the Lakes Region Art Association (LRAA) is excited to present a dynamic lineup of five major exhibits, complemented by several captivating “One-Person” shows and inspiring Children’s Art exhibits. Our dedicated Board of Directors and Events Committee are currently crafting themes and schedules for these events, promising a year filled with artistic discovery and creativity.
The LRAA Exhibits are tentatively scheduled for February, April, June, and October, with our highly anticipated Annual Membership Exhibit set for August.
